Real Estate Agent – Hybrid Role in Luxembourg

About the role

Remax One is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its hybrid team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will work across several office locations, providing property tours, negotiating sales contracts, and delivering top‑tier customer service while managing property listings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and renters.
• Negotiate and finalize sales or rental contracts.
• Maintain and update real‑estate listings in the company system.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License issued in Luxembourg.
• Experience in real estate sales or property management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the Luxembourg real‑estate market.
• University education is a plus.
• Fluency in Luxembourgish, French, German or Portuguese is advantageous.
• Must be based in Luxembourg or close to its borders.
