QA Engineer – Manual & Automated Testing

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on QA Engineer to join our fast‑growing FinTech company. You will work on both manual and automated testing across payments, KYC, compliance and messaging solutions, collaborating closely with product, development and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain functional and regression test scenarios (manual and automated).
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate test design, defect analysis, documentation and test data preparation.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from design to production support.
• Analyse business requirements, identify gaps and assess cross‑application impacts.
• Work with developers to ensure high‑quality releases and optimal test coverage.
• Report defects with detailed information and follow up on bug‑fix prioritisation.
• Monitor automated test suite results, investigate failures and update tests as needed.
• Create and keep testing documentation up to date.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in manual and exploratory testing.
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages.
• First‑hand experience with automation frameworks and concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset and meticulous execution.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
• Fluent English (additional French is a plus).
