Public Policy Consultant – Public Health (Associate)

About the role

Join PwC Luxembourg’s Industry and Public Sector practice as a Public Policy Consultant in Public Health at the Associate level. You will work on high‑impact projects for EU institutions and Luxembourg public bodies, helping translate evidence into actionable policy decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and consultancy projects on digital health, crisis preparedness, and disease prevention for EU and local public sector clients.
• Design and apply mixed‑method approaches, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative insights.
• Translate complex data and policy analysis into clear presentations, reports, and messages for diverse audiences.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, meetings, and client presentations.
• Participate in proposal and bid development, ensuring clarity, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary, international PwC teams using PwC project methodologies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or a related field.
• Initial experience (including internships) in the public sector or consulting, preferably linked to public health or policy.
• Experience contributing to research, analysis, or project delivery for EU institutions or public bodies.
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and French (C1/C2).
