Psychology Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

This remote, hourly contract position focuses on leading quality assurance for psychology‑focused AI training projects. You will ensure that AI‑generated content and trainer outputs meet rigorous psychological, ethical, and formatting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated psychology content and trainer/QA work against detailed rubrics.
• Provide precise written feedback to maintain consistency and high quality.
• Identify recurring quality issues and communicate updates to trainers and QA teams.
• Support onboarding of new contributors and reactivate inconsistent workers.
• Maintain documentation of guidelines, quality metrics, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent professional background in psychology‑related fields.
• Strong command of English for clear written communication.
• 3+ years of experience in psychology research, clinical or counseling settings, behavioral science, academic writing, or related workflows.
• Deep understanding of psychological theories, research methods, ethics, and mental‑health safety considerations.

Required skills

• Ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics and detect issues such as overdiagnosis, unsafe advice, unsupported claims, pseudoscience, or stigmatizing language.
