Proposal Coordinator & Writer Trainee

About the role

Join PwC Luxembourg’s dedicated proposal response team as a Proposal Coordinator and Writer Trainee. You will support the creation of tailored, accurate, and impactful proposals that reflect the firm’s brand and strategic vision for a wide range of clients and sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Proposal Manager and business team throughout the full proposal lifecycle, from initial structuring to final submission.
• Collect and process information required for RFP responses, including boilerplates, CVs, capabilities, client references, and signatures.
• Draft, edit, and format proposal documents, ensuring high quality and compliance with RFP guidelines.
• Maintain and update a knowledge base of standard paragraphs and proposal templates.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and progress using project‑management tools and internal reporting systems.
• Take meeting minutes, follow up on assigned tasks, and coordinate with subject‑matter experts, business development, and marketing teams.
• Support the development of templates, checklists, and best‑practice guides for proposal writing.
• Participate in feedback sessions to continuously improve proposal processes.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
