Project Manager – Young Audience

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead Rocklab’s Young Audience pillar. Reporting to the Head of Rocklab, you will design, implement and oversee cultural, educational and artistic programmes that inspire children and teenagers to explore music.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Young Audience strategy in line with Rocklab’s mission.
• Conceive new programme concepts and innovative learning formats across music genres and age groups.
• Plan, coordinate and manage end‑to‑end projects including logistics, technical production, budgets and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure a coherent communication narrative for the Discover pillar.
• Organise workshops, educational concerts, guided tours and talent programmes, ensuring high‑quality participant experiences.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, cultural organisations, youth institutions and artists.
• Recruit, brief and supervise coaches, artists and workshop leaders.
• Represent Rocklab at youth programming events and support the Create, Grow and Play pillars as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience in project management, preferably within culture, education, youth programming, music or event production.
• Proven ability to design, deliver and evaluate high‑quality educational and artistic projects.
• Excellent organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with young people.
• Fluent in Luxembourg’s official languages and English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
