Project Manager M365 (Senior & Specialist)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join a four‑person consultancy team supporting an international organisation’s Microsoft 365 Roadmap 2025‑2026. The role focuses on improving user experience, driving adoption, and managing change across OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot and the Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user needs and translate them into functional requirements, user journeys, prototypes and UX guidelines.
• Design and optimise the experience of Microsoft 365 services, identifying pain points and recommending improvements.
• Develop and execute change‑management and adoption plans, creating guides, videos, newsletters and communication campaigns.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, webinars and support M365 champions.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, support UAT and acceptance testing, and produce reports, presentations and documentation.
• Monitor usage and adoption KPIs, propose continuous‑improvement actions and align services with organisational needs.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years (Senior) or 3‑6 years (Specialist) of experience in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of document and information‑management practices.
• Experience in change‑management and project management; certifications such as Prosci, ITIL, PMP or Prince2 are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders.
