Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects within Utmost International’s Luxembourg hub, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and third‑party contractors to create value for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate agile, cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Control project scope, process change requests and obtain necessary approvals.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, preparing contingency plans as required.
• Facilitate kick‑off, status and steering committee meetings.
• Report progress, risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation follows internal change‑management methodology.
• Oversee quality controls throughout the project lifecycle and motivate teams for efficient delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience in the financial sector, preferably with a unit‑linked life‑insurance company.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects in finance.
• Strong understanding of applications, software and hardware used in financial organisations.
