Project Manager – IT Projects (Expert)

About the role

Proximus Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and control multiple IT projects. You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and clarify project scope and baseline.
• Develop and maintain project communication plans, schedules, and policies.
• Identify and coordinate internal and third‑party resources.
• Monitor progress, report status internally and externally, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Track deviations, analyse causes, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• At least 1 year managing technical IT projects in a complex environment.
• University degree or equivalent professional training.
• Strong communication skills, structured and process‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (B2 or higher); French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
