Project / Account Manager

About the role

VML Luxembourg is seeking a Project/Account Manager to lead the delivery of Amazon‑focused e‑commerce projects for its clients. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, maintaining detailed schedules and timelines.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Translate project scope, assumptions, and pricing into client proposals and statements of work.
• Develop and nurture strategic client partnerships to drive business growth.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver e‑commerce content, media services, and advertising solutions that meet client requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
