Program Manager, Scheduling

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Program Manager, Scheduling to lead and improve transportation and logistics initiatives. You will work across multiple Amazon departments, using data‑driven insights to shape long‑term operational strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and monitor programmes, tracking performance metrics and reporting on key objectives.
• Analyze operational data to identify challenges and design continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to adopt best practices and drive efficiency.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, overcoming obstacles and ensuring progress toward goals.
• Manage stakeholders, define standards, and streamline internal processes.

Required profile

• University degree (advanced or master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience using data and metrics to drive operational improvements.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience working with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2 or similar project‑management certifications are a plus.
