Program Manager – EU Inbound & Inventory Placement Operations

About the role

As a Program Manager you will drive the growth of Amazon’s third‑party merchants across multiple product categories and countries, focusing on inbound and inventory placement operations within the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate relationships with third‑party partners and internal customers.
• Identify operational gaps in new offerings and propose requirements for new projects.
• Resolve customer‑impacting issues in collaboration with technology teams.
• Interface with business and technical stakeholders, gather requirements, perform data‑driven analysis, and support post‑launch product functionality.
• Develop metrics to assess performance and trends.
• Conduct deep‑dives across all product responsibilities.
• Deliver significant annual efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in program or project management.
• Proven ability to develop and track team and project metrics.
• Background in optimizing existing processes.
• Experience as a process‑optimization program manager delivering measurable efficiencies.
• Experience leading design, development, or implementation of new business processes or programs.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
• Proficiency with MS Access.
• SQL querying skills.
• Strong requirement‑gathering and documentation abilities.
