Product Manager – Fleet Planning Tools (FPAC)

About the role

Amazon’s Fleet Procurement and Capacity Planning (FPAC) team is looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve the suite of planning tools that support fleet decisions across more than ten European markets. You will translate business requirements into functional features, drive user‑acceptance testing and ensure the tools deliver accurate capacity, allocation and procurement outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery for FORCE, FAB, DMv3 and EFR automation, from requirements definition through launch and post‑launch monitoring.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing for new features and system releases, validating compliance with business rules.
• Support the EFR policy owner by converting policy changes into system requirements, test cases and validation plans.
• Maintain data‑integration health for Fleet Management Companies, defining validation rules and collaborating with data‑governance and engineering teams.
• Act as the daily liaison between fleet planners and engineering/science teams, gathering feedback, documenting pain points and prioritising backlog items.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly business reviews with metrics on tool adoption, system health and delivery milestones.
• Maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes and process flows.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex software products, preferably in logistics, transportation or fleet management.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams (science, engineering, business) and remove delivery blockers.
• Experience with data‑driven decision making and familiarity with data‑quality validation processes.
• Excellent communication skills to translate operational needs into technical specifications.
