Product Manager, Fleet Planning Tools, Fleet Procurement & Capacity Planning
Amazon · Luxembourg
Job description
About the role
Amazon's Fleet Procurement and Capacity Planning (FPAC) team is looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve the suite of planning tools that drive fleet decisions across more than ten European markets. You will translate business requirements into functional features, ensure high‑quality releases, and act as the bridge between planners, engineers, and data scientists.
Key responsibilities
- Own feature‑level delivery for FORCE, FAB, DMv3, and EFR automation, turning product requirements into shipped capabilities.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and system releases, validating compliance with business rules.
- Manage the full product lifecycle for assigned features, including requirements definition, acceptance criteria, testing, launch, and post‑launch monitoring.
- Coordinate with Science, Engineering, and business stakeholders to remove blockers, align priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
- Support the EFR policy owner by converting policy changes into system requirements, test cases, and validation plans.
- Monitor EFR automation accuracy after deployment and flag any drift between policy logic and system outputs.
- Maintain data integration health for Fleet Management Companies (FMC) feeds, defining validation rules and collaborating to resolve data quality issues.
- Serve as the day‑to‑day interface between fleet planners and the engineering/science teams, gathering feedback and translating operational needs into backlog items.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly business reviews with reporting on tool adoption, system health, and delivery milestones.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering product features in a complex, data‑driven environment.
- Strong ability to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work across planning, engineering, and data science teams.
- Experience with UAT planning and execution for enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with fleet or logistics operations is a plus.
