About the role

This role supports digital catalog operations, procurement platform management, supplier coordination, and ServiceNow enhancements within an IT procurement environment. The position partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to improve catalog quality, streamline processes, and support project and operational needs across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and govern digital procurement catalogs, ensuring they are comprehensive, accurate, and user‑friendly.
• Provide responsive quote support and maintain proactive supplier engagement.
• Coordinate supplier marketplace updates and platform changes.
• Gather requirements, improve processes, and support system enhancements for procurement and IT teams.
• Handle ServiceNow enhancement requests and contribute to continuous platform improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document procurement requirements and support IT projects related to procurement operations.
• Conduct pricing analysis and spend reporting to aid sourcing decisions and value optimization.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in finance or procurement domains.
• Knowledge of digital procurement catalogs, supplier marketplaces, and procurement operations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and IT procurement systems.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and transformation mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Understanding of EU import/export regulations is a plus.
