About the role

We are seeking a pharmacist (m/f/d) to join our multidisciplinary team at CHEM, Luxembourg’s largest hospital group. The position can be full‑time or part‑time and involves delivering pharmaceutical care across our three sites in Esch‑sur‑Alzette, Niederkorn and Dudelange.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other health professionals to ensure optimal medication therapy for patients.
• Participate in the hospital’s interdisciplinary care processes.
• Maintain accurate medication records and support the pharmacy department’s operational needs.

Required profile

• Submit a complete online application including CV and motivation letter; diplomas, training certificates and professional authorization may be added.
• Be prepared to provide a recent (≤3 months) criminal record extract if invited for an interview.
