Penetration Tester / Security Engineer

About the role

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a Penetration Tester / Security Engineer to join its Security Team in Luxembourg. You will work on a variety of security projects, collaborating with experienced professionals in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform automated and manual penetration testing of web, mobile, cloud and on‑premises infrastructures.
• Contribute to secure software development practices and promote security throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify security weaknesses and propose mitigation strategies or architectural improvements.
• Analyze customer security requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Evaluate and improve penetration testing methodologies and security processes.
• Prepare clear technical reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers and security engineers to raise the overall security posture.
• Share knowledge, support team learning and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in penetration testing or application security.
• Experience with internal penetration tests and/or Red Team exercises.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
