Operational Tax Advisor (Junior/Senior)

About the role

We are building a new Operational Tax team within Forvis Mazars and are looking for a motivated professional to join as an Operational Tax Advisor. The role will involve ensuring compliance, optimizing tax strategies, and supporting clients through tax‑related system migrations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with automatic exchange of information obligations.
• Optimize tax strategies and streamline operational tax processes.
• Assist companies with new operational tax obligations.
• Support IT system migrations to guarantee seamless tax compliance.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, reporting directly to a Partner.
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Degree in taxation, accounting, finance or a related field.
• Solid understanding of IT concepts relevant to tax processes.
