About the role

As a Packaging Operator you will manage the automated line that packages dairy products for LUXLAIT, a leading Luxembourgish dairy producer. You will work on a fully robotised system ensuring smooth, safe and high‑quality production.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated and robotic packaging lines for dairy products.
• Track product quality during production and intervene when necessary.
• Make autonomous decisions on corrective actions in case of line malfunctions.
• Apply food‑safety and quality standards throughout the process.
• Respect the production schedule, managing time and output quantities.

Required profile

• Responsible, motivated and rigorous.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work completely autonomously.
• Willingness to work shift patterns, including weekends.
• Fluent French; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in industry or a technical training background is an asset.

Required skills

• Operation of automated packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of food‑safety and quality standards.
