Onsite Technician – 1st/2nd Level Support

About the role

Everience is looking for an Onsite Technician to provide first and second level support for workstations, mobile devices and related infrastructure. You will work directly with clients, ensuring hardware and software issues are resolved quickly and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with first‑ and second‑level support on desktops, laptops, iPads and iPhones.
• Install, replace, relocate or remove infrastructure components such as monitors, printers, scanners and docking stations.
• Handle hardware and software incidents, including Windows, Office 2016/365 and collaboration tools.
• Manage inventory of devices and spare parts, prepare installations and provide feedback to customers.
• Monitor production environment dashboards and KPIs, and improve procedures and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of onsite IT support experience in a large enterprise.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with good interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, organized and pragmatic.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
