Onsite Technician – 1st/2nd Level Support

About the role

Everience is looking for an Onsite Technician to provide first and second‑level support for workstations, mobile devices and related infrastructure. You will work directly with clients, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first and second‑level support for desktops, laptops, iPads and iPhones.
• Install, replace, relocate or remove infrastructure components such as monitors, printers, scanners and docking stations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents on Windows and Apple devices.
• Manage inventory of equipment, receive spare parts, prepare installations and provide feedback to customers.
• Monitor production environment dashboards, KPIs and maintain documentation.
• Process incidents and service requests using ITIL‑based ticketing systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of onsite IT support experience in a large enterprise.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude, analytical mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation to continuously learn and improve technical knowledge.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365.
• MS Teams and other collaboration tools.
• Mobile services for iPad and iPhone (basic Apple iOS knowledge).
• ITIL ticket tracking and incident/request processing.
• Hardware support for monitors, printers, scanners and docking stations.
• Inventory monitoring, dashboards and KPI reporting.
