Onsite Technician 1st/2nd Level Support

About the role

Everience is looking for an Onsite Technician to provide first and second level support for workstations, mobile devices and related infrastructure. You will work directly with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient IT environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first and second level support for desktops, laptops, iPads and iPhones.
• Install, replace, relocate or remove infrastructure components such as monitors, printers, scanners and docking stations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents on Windows and Apple devices.
• Manage inventory of equipment, receive spare parts, prepare installations and provide feedback to customers.
• Support local network printer systems and ensure proper documentation of incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of onsite IT support and customer‑care experience.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills, service‑oriented attitude and ability to work independently.
• Motivation to learn, improve processes and contribute to a team environment.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2016/365 and MS Teams.
• Basic experience with Apple iPhone/iPad devices.
• Familiarity with ITIL ticket‑tracking processes.
• Experience monitoring inventory, dashboards and KPIs.
