Onsite Technician – 1st/2nd Level Support

About the role

Everience is seeking an Onsite Technician to provide first and second‑level support for workstations, mobile devices and peripheral equipment. You will work directly with clients, ensuring smooth operation of their IT environment and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site support for Windows workstations, iPads, iPhones and other mobility devices.
• Install, replace, relocate or remove hardware such as monitors, printers, scanners and docking stations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents, including printer and network printer issues.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, prepare installations and provide feedback to customers.
• Monitor production environment dashboards, generate KPI reports and improve documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of on‑site IT support experience in a large enterprise.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude, analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Motivation to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
