Notion User/Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Notion User/Specialist to support an AI training initiative. This remote contractor position will involve daily use of Notion to manage and annotate data, ensuring high‑quality inputs for AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with accuracy and efficiency.
• Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion for AI training processes.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks in Notion and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices for effective Notion usage.
• Document processes and keep Notion databases up‑to‑date.
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization.
• Communicate observations and recommendations through written documentation and verbal briefings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Notion user.
• Strong organizational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency with remote collaboration tools.
