.NET WinForms Developer – Security Remediation

About the role

You will join a security remediation project focused on a WinForms‑based desktop application. Your main mission is to strengthen the application's security by protecting sensitive data and ensuring system integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Implement security improvements for a WinForms desktop app, including protection of application secrets.
• Enhance cryptographic key management using TPM‑backed storage.
• Improve the device enrolment process to prevent unauthorized access.
• Participate in both development and deployment activities, integrating changes into existing CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong experience in .NET development, preferably with WinForms applications.
• Solid understanding of cryptography, hashing mechanisms, and secure key storage.
• Experience building and maintaining offline/desktop applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to contribute to both coding and deployment phases.
• Focus on security best practices.
