Multimedia Producer

About the role

Netcompany is looking for a Multimedia Producer to create high‑quality video content that supports its digital transformation projects across Europe. You will work with a dynamic production team, handling everything from on‑site filming to post‑production editing, ensuring each deliverable meets the company’s standards for storytelling and visual impact.

Key responsibilities

• Edit, cut, and assemble raw footage into polished videos using industry‑standard tools.
• Enhance videos with audio mixing, color correction, motion graphics, titles, and subtitles.
• Lead in‑person and remote filming sessions, operating cameras, microphones, lighting rigs, and studio equipment.
• Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute studio shoots, live broadcasts, and real‑time streaming events.
• Organise, back up, and manage all raw footage and project assets for secure storage and easy retrieval.
• Transcode, compress, and resize media files to optimise quality across multiple platforms.
• Export and deliver final media products in required formats and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Higher diploma in communications, graphic design, animation, film or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience and a total of 10 years in the sector.
• Strong knowledge of video storytelling and production techniques.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Experience with EU institutions is an advantage.

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Video editing, audio mixing, color grading, motion graphics
• Standard filming techniques and lighting
• Operation of studio equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting rigs, mixing consoles, video switchers)
• Media transcoding, compression and format conversion
