Multimedia Coordination Specialist

About the role

The Multimedia Coordination Specialist will act as the central hub for all international multimedia asset requests, supporting PM-International’s health, fitness and beauty brands. You will ensure that assets are organized, delivered on time, and aligned with brand standards across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, structure, and validate multimedia asset requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency, business impact, and strategic relevance.
• Manage end‑to‑end workflow using Asana, coordinating design, video, content and marketing teams.
• Organize and maintain assets in the DAM system (e.g., Iconik) with proper tagging, naming conventions and version control.
• Distribute approved assets to social media, marketing departments and distributors in the required formats.
• Review assets for brand compliance and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Continuously improve processes, identify inefficiencies and propose workflow optimizations.
• Track project timelines, request volumes and turnaround times, providing insights for resource planning.

Required profile

• Experience in multimedia asset management, content operations, or project coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana for task and workflow management.
• Familiarity with a Digital Asset Management system such as Iconik.
