Medical Biologist (M/F)

About the role

As a Medical Biologist you will join the Medical Department of the laboratory at our technical site in Leudelange, Luxembourg. You will work closely with patients, healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure high‑quality biological services and support the laboratory’s innovation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with patients and healthcare professionals, providing biological validation, advisory services and informational newsletters.
• Lead and coordinate teams as a technical referent in one or more areas of expertise, overseeing daily laboratory operations.
• Participate in the design and implementation of analytical, organisational and digitalisation projects to improve laboratory performance.

Required profile

• Pharmacist or medical doctor holding a DES in Medical Biology or an equivalent qualification.
• Authorized to practice as a medical biologist in Luxembourg.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is a plus.
