Medical Biologist – Laboratory (Leudelange)

About the role

We are looking for a Medical Biologist to join the Medical Department of our laboratory at the technical site in Leudelange. The role involves developing relationships with patients and healthcare professionals, leading technical teams, and contributing to analytical, organisational and digitalisation projects. The successful candidate will work in a stimulating professional environment and will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality biological validation services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with patients and healthcare professionals through biological validation, advisory services, newsletters, and other communication tools.
• Manage teams as a technical referent in one or more areas of expertise, providing guidance and support to laboratory staff.
• Participate in the development of projects covering analytical methods, organisational improvements and digitalisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Pharmacist or Doctor with a DES in Medical Biology or an equivalent qualification.
• Authorization to practice the profession in Luxembourg.
• Knowledge of English; German and Luxembourgish are an additional advantage.
