Medical Biologist – Laboratory (Leudelange)

About the role

As a Medical Biologist you will join the Medical Department of our laboratory located in Leudelange, Luxembourg. You will work in a multidisciplinary team delivering clinical analyses, supporting healthcare professionals and contributing to innovative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with patients and healthcare providers through biological validation, advisory services and communication tools such as newsletters.
• Lead and mentor technical teams as a referent in one or more areas of expertise, ensuring high‑quality laboratory practices.
• Participate in the design and implementation of analytical, organisational and digitalisation projects to improve laboratory performance.

Required profile

• Pharmacist or medical doctor holding a DES in Medical Biology or an equivalent qualification.
• Authorized to practice as a medical biologist in Luxembourg.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is an advantage.
