Marketing Assistant

About the role

As a Marketing Assistant at Jetfly, you will help strengthen the brand presence of a leading European private aviation company. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency across all marketing initiatives and support a variety of projects in a luxury aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal needs and external suppliers for promotional items and branded products.
• Monitor and manage marketing stock (brochures, goodies, sales materials) and supervise an intern handling ordering and distribution.
• Assist in creating, proofreading, updating, and coordinating brochures, presentations, sales documents, and other marketing assets.
• Support editorial and publication projects such as corporate books, yearbooks, and travel guides, managing timelines and communications.
• Ensure regular updates of marketing documents and internal communication materials, maintaining accurate records across platforms.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and order management.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to guarantee smooth communication and timely project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
