About the role

Join Simon‑Kucher’s entrepreneurial team in Luxembourg as a Manager focused on Healthcare & Life Sciences. You will lead consulting projects that shape the future of pharma, biotech and health‑tech for leading global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams or entire projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery and timely execution.
• Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and guiding them through complex business challenges.
• Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis, market insights and customer understanding.
• Mentor and manage project teams, setting direction, managing scope and timelines.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, structured client presentations and deliverables.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals and participating in pitches.

Required profile

• Exceptional academic achievements (Bachelor’s, Master’s or doctoral) in business, economics, engineering or sciences.
• At least 5 years of consulting experience with exposure to Healthcare & Life Sciences, or relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience synthesising quantitative and qualitative information into clear recommendations.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
