Manager - Fund Reporting

About the role

Join Deloitte Luxembourg’s Fund Reporting team to lead the production of annual and interim financial statements for a variety of funds while supporting clients through regulatory changes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong expertise in compilation tools and processes, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Perform thorough quality reviews of all deliverables.
• Coordinate fund reporting activities by proactively interacting with clients, auditors, and external parties.
• Lead and grow a team of 5+ members, fostering collaboration and development.
• Prepare and monitor KPIs, organize client debriefings, and review financial statements for quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in regulated fund audit, fund reporting, fund accounting, or fund operations.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg investment‑management regulatory environment and fund external audit processes.
• Business fluency in English; French is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerQuery.
• Experience with AI tools for reporting.
• Familiarity with fund accounting/reporting software (plus).
