Learning Designer Intern

About the role

Arendt & Medernach is seeking a Learning Designer Intern to support the creation of learner‑centred training solutions. You will work closely with subject matter experts to translate business needs into engaging digital and classroom‑based learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse learning needs and convert them into adult‑learning‑focused designs.
• Develop digital learning modules, instructor‑led materials and blended curricula.
• Collaborate with SMEs to structure content and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in pilot tests, reviews and feedback sessions to refine solutions before launch.
• Assist in evaluating learning effectiveness using feedback, assessments and frameworks such as Kirkpatrick.
• Explore innovative approaches like micro‑learning, gamification and new digital tools to boost engagement.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in learning, instructional design, HR, digital learning or a related field.
• Comfortable with digital tools and eager to adopt new technologies.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication abilities.
• Curious, proactive, detail‑oriented and collaborative.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
