Lead Instructor – Enterprise Training (Remote)

About the role

This remote position is for a Lead Instructor who will deliver hands‑on, virtual training to enterprise teams adopting a new retail promotion planning and optimisation tool. You will guide learners through realistic scenarios, focusing on practical workflows rather than feature‑by‑feature demos, and help harmonise promotional terminology across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions (10 full‑day and 20 half‑day workshops) with a structured curriculum.
• Facilitate interactive, scenario‑based exercises that let participants use the proprietary tool in real‑time.
• Explain promotional concepts such as ROI, sales lift, and incrementality in clear business language.
• Support onboarding, dry‑run rehearsals, and client‑specific tool training to ensure technical readiness.
• Adapt delivery to audiences ranging from beginners to advanced users while maintaining a professional virtual classroom presence.

Required profile

• Background in marketing, sales, business analysis or a related field with familiarity of retail promotion terminology.
• Proven ability to learn and demonstrate proprietary software confidently in a live virtual environment.
• Experience delivering hands‑on, virtual training or workshops for mixed‑skill audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills, with the confidence to manage an enterprise‑level virtual classroom.
