Lead Grid Controller (m/f/n)

About the role

The Lead Grid Controller will oversee the controlling‑related system landscape, ensure accurate financial reporting, and act as a trusted business partner across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, maintain and continuously improve the controlling system landscape, including SAP structure and interfaces.
• Coordinate transversal controlling activities across departments and subsidiaries to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual management and financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes, integrating scenario and variance analyses.
• Analyse financial (P&L, balance sheet) and operational performance, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate accounting closings with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the annual audit process and ensure proper documentation and data quality.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar controlling position.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Finance, Accounting and business teams across an organisation.
• Strong analytical skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• High level of engagement and proactive drive for continuous improvement.
• Professional working proficiency in French, English and German; Luxembourgish is an asset.
