Laboratory Assistant – Sample Management & QC

About the role

We are looking for a Laboratory Assistant to join our young, motivated team. You will handle the receipt, registration and processing of biological samples, using advanced digital tools that simplify daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and register incoming biological samples in the tracking system, ensuring full traceability.
• Prepare samples by sorting, centrifugation and distribution according to established protocols.
• Assist technicians and biologists with equipment setup and reagent preparation for analyses.
• Participate in internal quality‑control procedures to guarantee reliable results.
• Monitor consumable and reagent stocks, place orders and manage shipments.
• Maintain the laboratory dashboard and oversee related data entry.

Required profile

• Degree in Medical Biology, Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
• First experience in a medical analysis laboratory is desirable.
• Strong accuracy, organization, team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
