Laborantin (M/F)

About the role

The Laboratoire national de santé is seeking a full‑time Laborantin (Laboratory Technician) to join its Department of Health Protection. The position is permanent (CDI) with a 40‑hour work week and will be based on‑site in the laboratory.

Key responsibilities

• Perform chemical and microbiological analyses on environmental samples such as dust, air and surface swabs.
• Analyse concentrations of substances or metabolites in human biological samples (blood, urine, hair).
• Measure human biomarkers of exposure and, increasingly, biomarkers of effect related to disease pathways.
• Ensure laboratory work complies with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 15189 accreditation standards.
• Contribute to the European Partnership for the Assessment of Risks from Chemicals (PARC) and related research projects.
