Junior Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our growing craft brewery. You will work closely with retail and distribution partners across France and Belgium, helping to expand our market presence and promote our brand at tastings and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with supermarkets, retail outlets and hospitality venues.
• Identify and acquire new clients to increase sales volume.
• Represent the brewery at external beer events, tastings and promotional activities.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and optimal merchandising.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in supermarkets, craft beer, beverages or hospitality.
• Strong communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Confidence in organizing and supporting events.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territories.
