Junior Project Manager Internship – PLM 3.0

About the role

This internship within Ferrero’s Industrial & Supply organisation in Luxembourg supports the global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) 3.0 programme. You will help teams work with clearer product data and smoother processes by coordinating communication and change activities.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and organise communication materials for the PLM 3.0 change stream, turning complex updates into clear messages.
• Support the high‑level communication plan and prepare presentations, summaries and concise updates for different audiences.
• Assist low‑complexity PLM capability and alignment activities, consolidating inputs from multiple colleagues.
• Track progress, highlight open points and maintain an overview of activities and dependencies.
• Prepare and run PLM 3.0 workshops, coordinating schedules, materials and logistics.
• Capture discussion points, action items and decisions, then follow up to ensure concrete outcomes.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Master’s programme in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, information systems or a related field.
• EU citizenship or a valid Luxembourg work permit valid until at least February 2027.
• Strong written English skills for creating clear, structured content.
• Ability to coordinate meetings and workshops, take accurate notes and track actions to completion.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams across time zones.
