Junior Mold Mechanical Designer for Product Development

About the role

After an initial training period you will join the Development‑Engineering team responsible for beverage packaging tooling. You will support product development by executing mechanical designs, performing system‑level design and delivering reliable, cost‑effective mould solutions on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Complete design execution applying company design standards.
• Perform system‑level design with limited guidance.
• Create design documentation and validation plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide, including engineering, manufacturing, service, test and validation.
• Develop and follow detailed project plans, set milestones and communicate status.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Some years of relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of CAD applications.
• Ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems.
• Good project and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); French or German is a plus.
