Junior Fund Accountant

About the role

BDO Luxembourg is seeking a Junior Fund Accountant to join its fund accounting team. You will support the day‑to‑day accounting of various fund vehicles and contribute to the preparation of financial reports for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting tasks for multiple fund structures.
• Prepare net asset value (NAV) calculations for plain‑vanilla funds, hedge funds, private equity and real‑estate vehicles.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports and accounts.
• Respond to audit queries and provide necessary documentation.
• Generate and distribute regulatory reports as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong team spirit.
• Rigorous, organized, flexible and dynamic attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Fluent English; French and/or German are a plus.
