Junior Data & AI Consultant

About the role

As a Junior Consultant specialized in Data & AI, you will join RESULTANCE’s Luxembourg office to support clients in turning raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with senior consultants to design, build and deliver reporting solutions that drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse data to generate meaningful insights.
• Design, develop and optimise SQL queries for efficient data extraction.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualisations using Power BI.
• Identify trends, key performance indicators and support decision‑making.
• Present findings in clear, structured reports for clients.
• Collaborate with project teams on client engagements and internal initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance or Business Analytics.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 0–2 years of experience with data analysis or business intelligence.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a consulting environment.

Required skills

• SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Power BI (or similar visualisation tools such as Tableau).
• Fundamental data analysis and business intelligence concepts.
