Junior Consultant - People Advisory Services (Tax)

About the role

EY Luxembourg is looking for a Junior Consultant to join its People Advisory Services (PAS) team. You will work on international tax compliance and personal tax advisory work, supported by experienced managers and allocated clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns, comparative tax estimates, director's fees tax returns and shadow payroll
• Advise on incentive plans, expatriate regimes and pension plans
• Handle social security, posted worker and immigration matters from a compliance and advisory perspective
• Work with colleagues and clients worldwide, assisting day-to-day tax matters with the senior consultant and manager
• Help build long-standing client relationships

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Tax, Legal, HR or a related field
• Excellent oral and written English
• Agile, growth-oriented and curious mindset; inclusive approach
• Team player who likes working with clients and taking initiative

Required skills

• Interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Computer skills such as MS Office
