Junior Business Analyst – ERP

About the role

Quento Technologies is looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support ERP‑related initiatives. You will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to capture, document and analyse business needs, ensuring clear and consistent deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of structured business documentation, including process descriptions, requirements, use cases and analysis outputs.
• Assist in capturing and formalising business needs by collaborating with senior analysts and functional stakeholders.
• Document and analyse business processes and capabilities, contributing to a solution‑agnostic Target Operating Model.
• Maintain traceability and quality of requirements, linking business inputs to programme decisions.
• Translate business models into detailed requirements to aid procurement and ERP/system integrator selection.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti‑Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of professional experience in business analysis, including workshop support and documentation.
• Strong ability to structure, analyse and document business information clearly.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level or above).
• General understanding of ERP concepts and core finance processes.
