IT System Administrator – German Required

About the role

We are looking for an IT System Administrator to join our international industrial team in Northern Luxembourg. The role requires strong German language skills and a passion for keeping IT infrastructure running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure IT hardware and software, preparing workstations for employees.
• Administer and evolve internal servers and core technological tools.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
• Provide first‑line technical support and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Contribute to system updates, continuous improvements and internal documentation.
• Train teams on new technological solutions and support procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience in systems/network administration.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and support environments.
• Fluent German (mandatory) and good English or French.
• Team player with autonomy and a service‑oriented mindset.
