IT System Administrator – German Required

About the role

We are looking for an IT System Administrator to join our international industrial environment in northern Luxembourg. You will be the go‑to person for keeping our internal IT infrastructure stable, secure and continuously improving.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure IT hardware and software for the company.
• Administer, maintain and evolve internal servers and core technological tools.
• Prepare, configure and support workstations for all employees.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
• Provide first‑line technical support and resolve hardware/software incidents.
• Contribute to system updates, documentation and continuous improvement projects.
• Train teams on new technological solutions and maintain internal IT procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in IT or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in systems or network administration.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and support environments.
• Fluent German (mandatory) and proficient in English or French.
• Team player with autonomy and a service‑oriented mindset.
