IT Support Technician (Level 1 & 2)

About the role

Global Jet Luxembourg is seeking an IT Support Technician to join its IT Department. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to end‑users, both on‑site and remotely, ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT services in a high‑end aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end‑users on Windows 11 and Apple devices.
• Operate and maintain tools for laptop, mobile device, and software deployment, as well as user, mailbox, and group management.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, corporate standards, and industry best practices.
• Perform daily health checks and monitoring of IT systems, endpoints, and services.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting of application and business issues following established escalation processes.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and user guides.
• Coordinate with external providers for additional technical support.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an IT Support Technician.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows 11.
• Solid knowledge of Apple devices, including iOS and iPadOS.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Teams, Defender for Endpoint).
• Security‑first mindset and awareness of IT security best practices.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team, stay organized, and manage stress in emergencies.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD‑102, MS‑102, SC‑200, SC‑300) are highly valued.
