IT Support Engineer – Luxembourg, EN/LUX/GER

About the role

NSI Luxembourg PSF is seeking an IT Support Engineer who is fluent in Luxembourgish, German and English. You will provide responsive IT support to both local and international users, working remotely and on‑site to keep the technology environment running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming requests via the global helpdesk hotline and ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and workplace technology issues.
• Prioritise incidents based on urgency and impact.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals and other IT equipment.
• Support meeting rooms, videoconferencing and audiovisual equipment.
• Assist during client meetings, events and internal functions.
• Contribute to software deployments, system upgrades and IT projects.
• Coordinate with hardware suppliers for repairs or replacements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Monitor service levels and prepare support reports and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, service desk or desktop support.
• Fluent in Luxembourgish, German and English.
• Strong communication skills and service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in an international team and adapt to changing priorities.
• ITIL, Microsoft or CompTIA certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
