IT Monitoring Specialist (F/M/X)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Monitoring Specialist to join our operational team in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for monitoring alerts, qualifying their severity, and ensuring rapid dispatch to the appropriate technical teams, all while adhering to internal procedures and maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and handle alerts received through various communication channels.
• Analyze alerts to determine priority and criticality.
• Ensure initial management of alerts within 15 minutes.
• Dispatch incidents to the correct technical teams according to defined procedures.
• Contact on‑call teams for immediate interventions when required.
• Follow up on incidents until proper handover or resolution.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Manage multiple alerts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Document all actions for complete traceability.
• Contribute to operational reporting as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT monitoring, supervision, technical support, or incident management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize urgent situations.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
• Strong sense of service, attention to detail, and respect for operational procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment requiring responsiveness and organization.
